Under the direction of the License Division Manager theCustomer Service Representative II-Bilingual serves as the primary point ofcontact directing customers to the appropriate staff members and Citydepartments.
The written examination is tentatively scheduled for TuesdayMarch 17 2026.
Candidates who successfully complete the written examinationwill berequired to participate in an assessment of their communicationskills related to interpreting and translating English and Spanish;dateto be determined.
The Customer Service RepresentativeII-Bilingual will provide Spanish/English interpretation and translation.

The current starting salary (Pay Range 6HN) is$46256annually and the resident incentive starting salary for City of Milwaukeeresidents is$48106 annually.
NOTE: Any employee who holds a position designated asbilingual in the Salary Ordinance or Positions Ordinance shall be paid anadditional $2.00 per hour.
