A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides technical expertise to technical consultants other sales functions and customers
• Provides technical expertise through sales presentations product demonstrations installation and maintenance of company products
• May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products
• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
• Conducts on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling prioritizing coaching and process execution.
• Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Requires a bachelors degree or similar
• No relevant managerial experience.
