About the Role
This is a high-impact early-career role for someone excited to help scale Viv while building the skills to grow into sales or revenue leadership.
Youll sit on the Customer Experience team and work at the intersection of sales product and customers - driving early-stage deals supporting new customers post-implementation and helping communicate how Viv is continuously innovating. This is a hands-on outward-facing role focused on energy momentum and conversion - not deep implementation or support.
What Youll Do
Drive Growth & Early Sales
- Own and nurture inbound and warm leads
- Build relationships with operators to understand their needs and readiness to adopt Viv
- Run high-level product demos focused on value and outcomes
- Follow up consistently to move interest into signed contracts
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to accelerate deal velocity
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Engage Customers
- Act as a short-term bridge right after contracts are signed
- Check in early to gather feedback spot friction and reinforce confidence
- Share insights with Product CX and Implementation teams
- Hand off accounts cleanly without owning long-term management
Tell the Product Story
- Support lightweight product and release marketing efforts
- Help draft and distribute monthly release notes
- Translate product updates into clear customer-friendly value messaging
- Collaborate with Product and CX to keep messaging consistent

What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to quickly learn and explain a SaaS product
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
Nice to have (not required):
- Exposure to SaaS sales or customer success
- Experience in healthcare home care or franchise environments
- Internships or early customer-facing roles
