This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions within Collins Aerospace Mission Systems including Program Management Engineering Finance Contracts and Supply chain; including both heritage Raytheon and heritage Rockwell Collins scope. As an integral member of the team you will play a critical role in driving successful program execution.

This is an onsite role supporting our Cedar Rapids IA location.

What You Will Do:

• Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development program

• Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes

• Support teams in preparation for Integrated Baseline Reviews

• Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) andCWBSDictionary

• Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performanceidentifyingtrends and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective action implementation

• Assist with the preparation and submission of customer cost & schedule related data itemsincluding an IPMDAR CFSR and CSDR

• Preparation and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams

• Support Program Management in assessing program risks and opportunities

• Support Program Management in preparation of monthly sales forecasts

• Provide Earned Value training to program team members

• Display good verbal and written communication skills be a team player and have good working knowledge of company business systems and policies contracting processes and earned value management techniques

• Accommodate unexpected events achieve critical deadlines with qualityresultsand perform as a flexible team member in support of theobjectivesand initiatives ofMissionSystems

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in a related field(Accounting / Finance)

• Extensive experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Proven experience presenting to large groups and leadership

• Ability to work onsite in Cedar Rapids

• Understanding of Earned Value Concepts

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience on ACAT II auditable programs

• Strong knowledge of EVMS tools

• Experience with program planning in FACT

• Great communication skills and ability to prioritize tasking

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
