RieLes Group is seeking multiple experienced Non-Clinical Medical Case Manager RN III who are interested in working in the Minneapolis MN area. These positions support federal medical readiness operations for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense working with the Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) to ensure Soldier medical readiness compliance and deployment preparation.
Services directly impact operational readiness medical case tracking and records management for military personnel across the state of Maine.

Schedule / Shift:
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts (typically between 7:30 AM 4:30 PM)
No nights weekends or holidays (unless mission requires)
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) at RN III level
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Minimum 2 years of case management experience
Preferred:
Certified Case Manager (CCM)
Compliance Access and Training
Eligible for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance and background investigation as required
Complete and maintain: HIPAA annual certification; AT Level 1; iWATCH; Information Assurance (IA); OPSEC Level I and any role-based IA/IT requirements
Ability to obtain and use required DoD systems: MEDPROS MEDCHART (eCASE HRR as applicable) MHS GENESIS MODS SRTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Soldier interviews and manage medical cases in eCase/MEDCHART
- Track and review all open cases at required intervals
- Review medical readiness data prior to Medical Readiness Events (MREs)
- Identify non-deployable Soldiers and coordinate care plans
- Schedule exams referrals and treatments
- Upload and index documentation (label MEDPROS Posted)
- Generate readiness reports (MRC3/MRC4)
Coordinate:
- Line of Duty (LOD) documentation
- IDES referrals for P3/P4 profiles
- Vision orders via DD 771/SRTS
- Deployment record mailings
