Job Purpose: Support the Synchronization License Administration team by drafting and issuing synchronization licenses managing client accounts overseeing the collection of licensing fees and performing additional duties that advance the teams goals.

What Youll Do

  • Draft and issue synchronization licenses for North American clients.

  • Manage a highvolume portfolio of licensing accounts delivering exceptional client service while meeting departmental timelines and priorities.

  • Oversee the collections process for accounts with outstanding balances from early reminders through securing payment on pastdue invoices.

  • Serve as a resource for new music users by addressing general questions about license forms requirements and processes.

  • Collaborate with Synchronization Sales to resolve client disputes and clarify rightsrelated discrepancies.

  • Provide Management with updates on accounts pending licensing those with pastdue balances and those requiring edits outside standard business practices.

  • Support departmental initiatives by assisting with special projects and performing additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Hold a bachelors degree and/or have one or more years of relevant experience.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

  • Highly organized detailoriented and capable of managing large workloads while meeting multiple deadlines.

  • Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Maintain a positive serviceoriented attitude in a clientfacing environment.

  • Thrive in a collaborative team setting and contribute to shared goals.

  • Selfmotivated with the ability to set personal objectives that align with departmental priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel with working knowledge of additional Microsoft Office applications are a plus.

  • Preferred candidates can exhibit advanced technical skills in one or more of the following:

- Microsoft Excel (including macro development)

- Power BI (building and maintaining dashboards)

- Microsoft Access (basic database programming and updates)

- Microsoft Power Automate (designing and managing flows)

- (Or) Comparable technical experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
