Metropolitan Companies is looking for a Project Administrator to join our growing team! The Project Administrator is a multi-faceted position that will provide administrative support to the Project Managers for multifamily apartment projects as part of our Haverford Square by Metropolitan division. The person in this role oversees a wide array of administrative tasks that help ensure a project moves forward in a timely organized and efficient manner. This role will be based out of our Philadelphia PA office.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Maintain project directory and distribution lists communicate with trade partners
- Prepare subcontracts and work orders; request lien waivers
- Assist with project budget maintenance
- Enter and review trade partner invoices with Project Manager guidance and sync with ERP when required
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for billing and lien waivers.
- Assist Project Manager with processing RFI submittals and COs as directed by Project Manager through Procore.
- Assist with submittal process and workflows
- Schedule and prepare for meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain drawing log and distribute drawings
- Assist in maintaining weekly schedule distribution for the projects as directed by the Project Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned and required
Skills Knowledge and Expertise

- Possess great organizational skills
- Takes initiative to help the team complete tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and work under pressure in a team-oriented fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 DocuSign Adobe)
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transpiration are required
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an administrative or project based role in is helpful
- Basic knowledge of construction industry and terminology
- Familiarity with construction management software packages
