Civil Engineer - Site Design - 0-2 years experience - Primary Responsibilities:

• Assisting engineering teams with pre-development due diligence exhibit preparation preparation of site engineering plans including site and paving plans grading plans erosion control plans and utility plans.
• Assisting engineering teams with the supporting calculations and preparation of stormwater management plans and reports.
• Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

Civil Engineer Site Design - 0-2 years experience - Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university and some applicable work experience
• EIT certification is highly preferred
• Experience in design of site-related elements for retail commercial industrial multi-family residential hospitality mixed-use or redevelopment projects is preferred.
• Able to solve basic engineering problems and have good decision-making skills.
• Have excellent communication detail orientation interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office are highly preferred.
• Applicable U.S. based work experience.
