Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Delivery Manager will advance Manulifes Global Cybersecurity strategy by partnering with technology and change enablement teams tomaintaincurrent cybersecurity technologies and processes and implement emerging solutions. Success in this role requires strong project and program management capabilities along with effective communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the planning andtimelyexecution of GCS projects ensuring seamless collaboration across technology teams andoptimizingresources to advance Manulifes cybersecuritytransformation efforts.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity frameworks internal IRM standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT segment partners legal compliance architecture and external vendors to ensure project success.
Identifyand manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management ina timelyand effective manner.
Facilitate project meetings including kick-off status updates and post-project reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management preferably in a cybersecurity or IT environment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles practices and frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001).
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiencyin project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Asana)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP CISSP or CISM certification is desirable.

Salary range is expected to be between
$113000.00 CAD - $163000.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
