Job Summary
Position: Finance Accounting & Tax Manager
Location: Salatiga Central Java Indonesia
Our client is a fast-growing fashion manufacturing and retail company with operations across Java Island and expanding nationwide. The company produces and distributes its own fashion products through multiple retail channels and continues to scale its manufacturing and commercial footprint.
Job Description – Finance Accounting & Tax Manager
- Lead and manage corporate statutory accounting management accounting cost accounting cash management and taxation functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Oversee tax compliance planning and coordination with external tax consultants and auditors.
- Establish and improve financial policies internal controls and SOPs.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with and report directly to the Director.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance accounting and tax management.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in garment and/or textile manufacturing and fashion retail.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Solid experience in cost accounting and manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership analytical and communication skills.
