Role Overview
As we continue to grow our global Planner capability were looking for a Planner to join our team in Shanghai China.
Job Description
The Planner will need to:
- Develop and maintain 12-month rolling inbound & outbound plans for NZ & NAM Season based on market demand forecasts & on shore allocation.
- As the primary contact for suppliers of import document management and customs brokerage ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documents to guarantee supply.
- Coordinate with on shore suppliers internal team & domestic sales team to ensure optimal inventory policy & inventory level.
- Analyze historical sales data and sales curve to create peak season schedules.
- Work together with the Quality Controller to monitor fruit quality standards throughout the supply chain.
- Implement contingency plans for the end to end.
- Optimize transportation routes to maintain freshness while reducing costs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on plan vs. actual performance (both sales & supply end) to support routine S&OP.
