About the Role
CASA Mental Health is seeking a dynamic Manager Information Technology (IT) to oversee our IT operations ensure that our infrastructure can grow seamlessly with our business needs and spearhead our transition to cloud-based services. The Manager IT will foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.

The Manager Information Technology will:
  • Lead daily IT operations ensuring systems and services are reliable secure and well supported.
  • Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams Exchange SharePoint Entra ID Intune Defender).
  • Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure networking and endpoint environments.
  • Ensure strong cybersecurity practices including access controls MFA endpoint protection and security awareness.
  • Manage end-user support services and improve service delivery and documentation.
  • Partner with leaders and staff to understand technology needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Manage IT vendors contracts and licensing.
  • Track and manage IT budgets assets and renewals.
  • Support technology projects and organizational change initiatives.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of network hardware software computer operating systems protocols and standards.
  • Proven experience in IT management with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networking and security.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Exceptional end-user service orientation.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science information technology or related field.
  • Five years of progressive experience in an IT management or leadership role.
  • Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Conditions of Employment
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Intervention Check. This would be the financial responsibility of the successful candidate.
  • Experience in healthcare public sector or regulated environments is an asset.
  • CISSP or equivalent certification is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
