Waste Connections of Canada has an immediate opening for a Casual Scale Attendantat ourCalgary District.

Rate: 20.00/hour

Our priority is to make sure we hire safe individuals that care about the service provided to the community. As a Casual Scale Attendant with us the minimum responsibilities are:

Operate the weigh-station scale
Entering appropriate data into computer (product weight customer name etc.)
Communicate with drivers through speaker system to determine type of material being dumped etc.
Process payment from customers as needed
There is no set schedule or guaranteed hours for this casual position.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Good data entry skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook Word and Excel
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Position may be required overtime work depending on business need
Heavy equipment experience would be an asset but not required
