The Billing Specialist will primarily spend their time processing billing and pricing corrections while working cross-functionally with other departments within the company to get credits entered processed and released. Manage proper execution of reconciliation of vendor incentives (quarterly monthly prepay OI) credits.

- Earn $18.58-23.20 per hour
- Full Time On Site
- Location: Rancho Cordova CA
You will contribute by:
- Working with retailers and the merchandising team to review missing allowance deals on invoices.
- Determining the quickest most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions.
- Escalating queries and concerns & troubleshooting common pricing issues and corrections
- Working cross functionally with other departments to obtain approval.
- Reviewing Food Show books and order guides to identify deals not entered and communicate to proper personnel to correct.
- Running and completing daily order guide reports for the West Coast and Pacific Northwest.
- Running additional reporting as needed.
- Travel Required: No
