About the Role
A reputable hearing care provider is seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist to deliver expert hearing assessments and personalised hearing solutions that improve patients quality of life. The role involves fitting adjusting and maintaining hearing aids while providing outstanding patient care within a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing
Fit program and fine-tune hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
Provide patient education advice and ongoing support to ensure effective use of hearing devices
Carry out hearing aid maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory requirements
Work closely with support staff to deliver high-quality patient-centred care
Stay up to date with developments in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development
Candidate Profile
This role would suit a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for improving patients hearing and wellbeing. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential along with experience fitting and managing a broad range of hearing aids. Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused empathetic approach are key as is a commitment to teamwork and ongoing professional development.
