The Legal function provides strategic legal support across the organization ensuring business activities comply with applicable laws regulations and internal policies. The role involves advising stakeholders managing legal risks drafting/reviewing legal documents and supporting commercial decisionmaking while protecting the companys interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Advise on legal matters.
- Monitor relevant legislation and provide updates on legal and regulatory changes.
- Support compliance initiatives corporate governance and adherence to internal policies and ethical standards.
- Deliver legal training and support risk management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
- Strong drafting analytical and communication skills.
