Responsible for supporting the implementation of IH Central Compliance Program and achieving program objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Advisory.
Serve as day-to-day advisory resource on policies and procedures analysing and determining best course of action for each inquiry/problem (e.g. G&H and COI) in consultation with IHCC Counsels for more technical matters.
Advise on completion of DD Questionnaires / RFPs maintain and update repository of response
Policies & Procedures.
Ongoing sanctions screening support.
Clear alerts for sanctions screening tool
Verifying up to date-ness of sanctions screening lists
Report on sanctions screening KRIs
Ongoing sanctions screening monitoring and maintenance
Support drafting and coordination of annual policy updating cycle including any new policies.
Monitoring Testing & Reporting.
Prepare annual quarterly monthly internal and external reports (inc. regulatory reports: anti-boycott OFAC license etc) with accurately reported data
Analyse data for IH Central Compliance for continuous improvement to central compliance program
Quarterly updating and reporting of Ethicspoint cases
Support testing on ABAC / Sanctions / AML programs
Training & Communication.
Lead annual Compliance Week planning end-to-end
Prepare coordinate and conduct training on Central Compliance topics
Draft content for IH Central Compliance internal communications (e.g. blogs newsletters annual program communications) and external communications (e.g. client facing or member materials)
Draft guidelines for ongoing internal Knowledge Management
Administration & Record Keeping.
Manage IH Central Compliance Inbox queries first level review
Review and update Compliance Calendar as needed monitor upcoming deadlines (particularly reporting) maintain log of outstanding issues or questions and confirm accuracy of deliverables
Maintain and administer the IRIS page
Maintain training records
Maintain record keeping in IH Central Compliance Sharepoint including all IH Central Compliance policies SOPs and related documents
Facilitate coordination with Regional Local and Enterprise Compliance teams and other stakeholders for compliance program activities.
Other administrative task as needed: Central Compliance expense tracking documenting meeting minutes etc.
General.
Support IH Central Compliance team on any other matters
Requirements
BA/BS requirement (preferably in law or accounting)
Data entry skills advanced MS Office skills. Strong attention to detail and capable of asking insightful questions.
Knowledge of compliance programs
Must be organized and flexible able to adapt to changing business priorities and can multitask and deliver results within timelines.
Must have strong interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a broader team with a strong sense of urgency personal commitment and ownership over work.
