Job Summary

Job Description

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Test Introduction (NTI) activities including test setup bringup debug and qualification.
Set up configure and operate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) handlers probers load boards sockets and related test hardware for new and existing products.
Execute engineering lots characterization runs engineering pilot run reliability runs under both engineering and production environment to ensure test process stability and manufacturability at the machines.
Provide flexible support including shift rotation (day/nightshift) overtime weekend or oncall coverage when required.
Perform troubleshooting of test failures yield excursions contact issues test program and ATE equipment or hardware-related problems.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as diagnostic or calibration checks alignment and minor repairs on test hardware and peripherals.
Assist Test Engineers with debug activities by collecting logs failure data screenshots and detailed observations.
Assist with product transition from NPI/NTI to VRU and train production technicians on new test setups and procedures.
Support creation validation and maintenance of work instructions
Document test issues root cause findings corrective actions and verification results following engineering change control processes.

Qualification

Technician degree / Diploma in Electrical Electronic or equivalent.
Work independently and efficiently on assigned tasks.
Able and willing to work on shift rotation program (Day-Night) weekend and overtime.
Basic English communication skill required.
Open mindset to raise an issue and provide first line solution.
Good communication skills to work with different teams.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of semiconductor test flows (wafer sort final test system-level test)
Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test handlers and/or probers Load boards sockets probe cards.
Experience or knowledge with V93KPS1600 UF3000 Delta Matrix II Talos. will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge in test hardware or software debugging is a plus.

ทำงานรวมกบวศวกรและทมผลตเพอแกไขปญหาได
เตรยมสภาพแวดลอมและอปกรณสำหรบงานวศวกรรมหรอการทดลอง ATE โดยใช handler prober load board socket และอปกรณทดสอบตาง ๆ
รนงานทดสอบดานวศวกรรม เชน engineering lots pilot run reliability
เกบ logs / failure data เพอสนบสนนงาน debug and qualification ของวศวกร
แกไขปญหา test failure yield contact และปญหาโปรแกรม/อปกรณ ATE
แกไขปญหาอปกรณ รวมถงการซอมแซมและเปลยนอะไหลเมอจำเปน
ทำ PM เบองตน: diagnostic calibration contact alignment

จบการศกษา ปวส. หรอ ป.ตร สาขาไฟฟา อเลกทรอนกส หรอสาขาทเกยวของ
มทกษะภาษาองกฤษพนฐาน สามารถอาน - เขยน ได
มความรบผดชอบสง และสามารถทำงานเปนทมไดด และปรบตวไดในสภาพแวดลอมทรวดเรว
สามารถทำงานไดอยางอสระและจดการงานทไดรบมอบหมายไดอยางมประสทธภาพ
มทกษะคอมพวเตอรพนฐาน
ม Service mindset ในการทำงาน กลารายงานปญหา และเสนอแนวทางแกไขเบองตน
หากมประสบการณหรอความรเกยวกบการใชงาน Tester (V93KPS1600) handlers (Delta Matrix II Talos) probers (UF3000) load boards หรอ probe cards จะพจารณาเปนพเศษ
มประสบการณหรอความรดานการทดสอบตวงานท WT and FT ดาน hardware/software จะไดรบการพจารณาเพมเตม
