Your new role
This is a full time position based in Canberra ACTAs a Principal Psychologist atPeopleSense by Altiusyou will lead a team of Psychologists who deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services. Your role includes the following:
Team leadership
- Oversee a small team of provisional registered and clinical psychologists.
- Provide guidance support & mentorship assisting in performance management career progression and business operations.
Clinicalexpertship
- Facilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered.
- Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellence.
Psychological service delivery
- Provide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support including:
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling offering services to a range of clients including adults children and adolescences and couples
- Onsite and Critical Incident Attendance support people at their workplace
- Private / Medicare rebated counselling
- Compensation Scheme Work support our clients with pain related issues injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury
- Multidisciplinary Interventions work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
About you
- Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists is essential
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- A current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
