Occupational Therapist - Lymphedema Therapy
Position Summary:
OT Lymphedema/Hand Therapy. Part-time 20-hour position for OT specializing in lymphedema. Caseload includes primarily individuals with upper and lower quarter lymphedema with the opportunity to treat patients with neurological and hand/upper extremity conditions as well. Enjoy working with friendly supportive staff pleasant working environment and emphasis on professional development. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats the patients abilities to perform in the areas of occupation including activities of daily living instrumental activities of daily living education work play leisure and social participation. The Occupational Therapist provides goal-directed activity oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in the aforementioned areas of occupation. The Occupational Therapist provides for continuation of performance through effective education of the patient family or support system; and provides adaptive methods and equipment as appropriate to enhance performance.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current NBCOT certification preferred Massachusetts Occupational Therapy licensure andCurrent CRP/BLS required.
Pay Range:
$39.50 - $55.31
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors that may include seniority education training relevant experience relevant certifications geographyof work location job responsibilities or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials call pay premium pay overtime pay and other additional pay practices as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
