Our mission is rooted in equity dignity and culturally responsive service - and were looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager who can help strengthen the financial systems that make this mission possible.
The Revenue Cycle Manager is the strategic engine behind accurate billing timely reimbursement and clean financial operations for KWAs InHome Care Department. You will analyze data identify bottlenecks streamline processes and ensure that every step of the revenue cycle supports both compliance and sustainability.

Oversee the full revenue cycle for InHome Care services from authorization to billing to reimbursement.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement process enhancements that reduce errors accelerate cash flow and strengthen compliance.
Partner with scheduling payroll and care coordination teams to ensure accurate service documentation.
Monitor KPIs and produce clear actionable reports for leadership.
Ensure alignment with state regulations payer requirements and nonprofit financial standards.
Support system upgrades workflow redesigns and crossdepartment training.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills - you can spot patterns diagnose issues and build solutions.
Experience in revenue cycle management healthcare billing or financial operations (home care or Medicaid/Medicare experience is a plus).
Ability to translate data into insights and insights into action.
Comfort working with large datasets billing platforms and reporting tools.
