The Team You will operate within a sophisticated medical hierarchy ensuring you are never clinically isolated. Under the governance of a Lead British Doctor you will work alongside a dedicated team of Physiotherapists and Western-trained nurses. This structure guarantees that every major decision is supported by expert consensus.
The Safety We recognize that elite care requires a well-rested provider. You will operate within a strict double-nurse shift system designed to prevent burnout and ensure you have the downtime needed to recharge and fully enjoy the unique lifestyle this role affords.
