As a Triage Officer you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities health conditions and complex barriers to access the right employment support. Youll help ensure every resident receives timely accurate and supportive guidance at the very start of their journey.
Youll be the first point of contact for enquiries completing initial assessments managing referrals updating key systems and working closely with partners and participants to allocate them to the right service. Youll help keep processes running smoothly while maintaining excellent communication and accurate records.
This role is available as either two parttime positions (18.5 hours each) or one fulltime position (37 hours). Working days and times can be agreed with the successful candidate. This role is hybrid.
The role/s are 3-year fixed term until 31st March 2029
