Senior Service Excellence Leader (m/f/d)

office-based in Vienna Austria

The Opportunity

Manage Global Service Excellence activities to optimize Capital and Service Business and support overall Abbott Vascular (AV) Business through analytics and digitization.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage all analytics and KPI management for Global CES organization primarily in PBI.
• Develop document and maintain data governance processes design and workflow.
• Plan and implement service processes optimized for analytics and reporting.
• Working and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide process engineering for operational processes to maximize efficiency and hence contribute towards gross margin improvement.
• Identify specific opportunities for customer experience efficiency or revenue opportunities.
• Guide/support service operations leaders to identify process gaps improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Contribute to regional and global service strategy.
• Liaise with service leaders globally to identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
• Communicate project updates and status regularly with the appropriate stakeholders identifying barriers opportunities and solutions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Science or Engineering with at least 10 years experience in business analytics related to Capital Services.
• Ability to write speak present and follow work instructions in English without any assistance
• Excellent communication skills in 1 on1 and presentation mode.
• Familiar with medical device industry standards such as ISO13485 and IEC60600
• Willing to work and travel under stress and tight timeline work overtime when needed
• Focuses on the Customer: Is dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external customers

The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 82.000- (full-time basis / 385h).
Depending on experience and qualifications we will determine the actual salary during a personal interview.
