ProgressiveHealth is seeking a motivated Intern to support IT and business process automation initiatives across Corporate and PHOI operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to system workflows process improvement and cross-functional collaboration in a healthcare services environment.

The intern will work closely with internal teams to support automation efforts documentation and general IT-related projects. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in information systems process improvement or healthcare operations.

What will you be doing in this role

• Assist with business process automation and workflow support initiatives.
• Support documentation of systems processes and operational workflows.
• Assist with data review validation and reporting as assigned.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Corporate teams on special projects.
• Provide general administrative and technical support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data security requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Interest in information systems IT data or process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); technical aptitude preferred.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant academic program preferred.

Eligibility to Work:

This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g. H-1B OPT etc.).
