Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral degree from an accredited institution. Must be conferred by first day of employment
Occupational therapist who is licensed/eligible for Arkansas professional license
At least two years of clinical experience
Evidence of initial performance and promise of success in teaching instruction or clinical practice
Potential to contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) evidence-based practice and/or innovative practice
Preferred Qualifications:
At least four years of clinical experience
Expertise in pediatric occupational therapy neuro-rehabilitation and/or orthopedic rehabilitation
Experience teaching in an integrated curriculum
At least three years of experience as a full-time graduate faculty with teaching responsibilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Record of productive service to a department institution and the profession
