Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
As an LVN at Remedy Home Health youll deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a great opportunity for LVNs looking for home health nursing jobs across Irvine Santa Ana Newport Beach and Huntington Beach.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled patient-focused nursing care based on personalized care plans
Accurately document all visits assessments and treatments in the electronic health record (EHR)
Collaborate with patients families and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
Follow all California home health regulations and company policies
Support patients in reaching their health and independence goals through professional care
What Youll Need to Qualify
Active California LVN license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to assist and move patients safely
Strong communication time management and documentation skills
Comfort using electronic documentation systems
