Key Responsibilities
Prepare and portion food items according to established recipes and guidelines
Serve meals to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness of food service areas including counters tables and kitchen equipment
Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
Stock supplies utensils and food items as needed
Assist with dishwashing trash removal and end-of-shift cleanup
Operate kitchen equipment safely (warmers slicers ovens etc. as applicable)
Monitor food quality freshness and proper storage
Support team members during peak service times
Qualifications
Previous food service or cafeteria experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 2540 lb
