Job Summary
职位描述
在区域内积极开展公司产品的介绍和推广与客户建立并维持良好的业务关系以合法合规方式达成公司指标同时保证公司产品的市场口碑与声誉
产品推广
在指定的区域内 达到指定产品的推广目标并有效地整合利用资源
按照公司规定的客户覆盖和拜访频率制定目标客户的拜访计划并实施
运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料向客户提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
保持高水准的专业拜访不断提高客户的满意度并建立长久良好的业务关系
挖掘现有客户潜力并不断开发新客户推动公司产品市场占有率的提升
执行公司市场开发策略和计划完成新产品的进药计划
根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品
定期分析区域情况确立潜在客户以及区域发展重点迅速精准找到生意突破口及机会点
有效合规合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源
产品知识
掌握完整的不断更新的产品知识确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
通过不断学习熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练灵活运用
充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料以利于产品推广
了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识
职业操守
确保在产品推广和日常工作中 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和合规制度保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则
保持良好的专业形象着装符合职业标准言行举止符合公司要求
具有敬业精神对本职工作积极投入
团队合作
积极参加团队的各项活动
与同事分享交流信息 互相帮助 使个人和团队共同发展
完成主管下达的各项临时任务
应聘要求
学历背景:大专或以上学历本科医学药学或相关专业优先
工作经验:2-3年以上外资制药公司医院销售代表工作经验有罕见病肿瘤等特药工作经验优先
