Job Summary:

What youll be doing:
Reviewdevelop and implement security measures for the protection ofidentitiescomputer systemsnetworksandinformation
Conduct risk assessments:Senior Identity Analystsmustbe able toidentifypotential security risks and vulnerabilities intheorganizations digitalinfrastructure anddevelop strategies to mitigate those risks
Define system security requirementsin a zero-trust environmentand prepare reports on your results
Review and document standard operating procedures authentication and authorization patternsandidentity lifecycles
Prepare detailed reports including assessment-based findings outcomes and propositions for furtheridentityaccessandsystem security enhancement
Ability to adapt to a varied audience and work well with others is a keycomponentin this role as project teams will rely on the resources experience and analyticalacting as the principal IAM security advisor to guide secure architecture decisions and drive consensus
Additionalresponsibilities may include involvement in the implementation of new security solutions leading in the creation of security architecture documentation and/or maintenance of policies standards baselines and guidelines.
Strategy & Planning
Architect and champion the target-state security architecture for the organizations internal and external IAM landscape corporate technology and supporting infrastructure ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop andmaintaina comprehensive identity strategy roadmaps guide identity architecturedecisionsand drive consensus
Develop andmaintainprocesses to support activities such as Threat Modelling and Risk assessments at both a product and project level
Perform a leadership role inthe planning and design of enterpriseidentityarchitectureand coordinate with system owners control providers and other stakeholders on the allocation ofidentitycontrols as system-specific hybrid or common controls.
Perform a leadership roleinthe creation of enterpriseidentitydocuments (architecture blueprints policies standards baselinesguidelinesand procedures) Provide oversight and contribute to the design and deployment oftechnologysolutions within Central 1 to ensure they are carried out following industry standardzero-trustbest practices.

Operational Management
Participate with investigations into problematicidentityactivityprovide escalation support toidentity and access issuesvalidatefixes provided to mitigate existing vulnerabilities.
Perform reviewsidentifygaps inidentity and accessarchitectureand controls and develop anidentitygovernanceplan.
Provide input onidentity and zero-trustrequirements to be included in statements of work and otherappropriate documents.
Evaluateidentity and accessarchitectures user management processes identitylifecycles accesscontrolsand designs todeterminethe adequacy of design and architecture proposed or provided in response to requirements contained in acquisition documents.
What youll have
University degree and5years Information Technology related work experiencein an enterprise environment ideally with3or more years spent working inIdentity and Access Management.
One or more of the following certifications is preferred:
Azure -Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
