Howyoullmake an impact

As a full-stack developer primarily working with Java and Angular youll help deliver product stories that support FCCs priorities with a focus on building and maintaining internal pricing systems. While this is a fullstack role the focus is on back-end development using Java Spring Boot Hibernate and PostgreSQL.

Youll be part of a collaborative Agile team of developers product analysts and data scientists. Your day-to-day work will involve analyzing requirements developing clean and maintainable code implementing fixes and supporting microservices development.

Whatyoulldo

Analyzedesignand develop backend code in Java including automationintegrationsand unit tests
Implement code fixes troubleshootissuesand support user acceptance testing
Develop cleanmaintainableand efficient technical solutions that support FCCs pricing systems
Contribute to microservices development and back-end integrations
Work with Angular 16 forsomefrontend enhancements
Use Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines
Collaboratewithinan Agile team to deliver product stories and meet sprint commitments

Whatyoullbring to the team

Required qualifications

A bachelors degree in computer scienceengineeringor a related field
Minimum three years of related software development experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Demonstratedproficiencywith:Java and Spring BootHibernatePostgreSQLSQLand DDLAngular 16Git and Jenkins
Proven experience writing cleanmaintainableand well-structured code
Solid understanding of microservice architecture and backend development practices

Preferred Qualifications

General interest or experience in business or financial systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWSAzureor GCP) as a hosting environment
Experience developing application componentsintegrationsand automated tests
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
