Based in our reservations and guest communications hub youll handle guest interactions across phone email and digital platforms with warmth efficiency and precision.
Youll need to:
- Manage incoming calls emails and online booking enquiries
- Assist with reservations special requests and guest experience planning
- Communicate clearly and confidently in both verbal and written English
- Share accurate information about our venues menus and policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Log guest preferences to support personalised experiences
- Multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Show high attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
- Be flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends
- Have proof of eligibility to work in the UK
