As a Senior Analyst on the Performance and Insights team you will engage directly with Roundels clients to review how their media investments are performing identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment bring innovation to clients and elevate their understanding of the Target guest.

Who You Are

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 4 years of relevant experienceDigital Media Agency Marketing or Retail

• Experience with client engagement

• Strong analytical skills and ability to judge and quantify results of advertising and know how to present recommendations

• Ability to synthesize datasets to build a compelling story

• In-depth understanding of the digital marketplace

• Methodical well-organized and detail-oriented

• Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated self-starter

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with data visualization tools or web analytic tools

Primary clients for this position are located across several markets including Chicago New York City Atlanta Los Angeles and Minneapolis. Preference for candidates to be based in one of these locations as role requires frequent travel to support local clients. There will be no relocation offered for this position.
