Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Spa Supervisor to join the team at eforea Spa!
Our hotel which features over 1400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center.
The ideal candidate holds 2 years within the spa industry and 1 years within a supervisory role. Prior hotel experience a plus! Our eforea Spa is open Sunday-Monday (9AM-5PM) and Tuesday-Saturday (9AM-8PM). It houses 13 treatment rooms andfeatures both results-oriented and locally inspired therapies. Our team consists of our Spa Manager supervisor spa receptionists therapists estheticians nail technicians and our spa attendants.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability AM/PM Shifts (weekdays weekends holidays as needed)
Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour

What will I be doing
As an eforea spa Supervisor you would be responsible for supporting the eforea spa Managerto ensure the efficient operation of the spa and fitness center. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operation
- Extend exceptional customer service to guests
- Lead and encourage teamwork
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services
- Support eforea spa reception and attendant team members with their shift duties to include registering and orienting guests to the spa and fitness center and processing client payments at conclusion of service/s
- Assist eforea spa Manager with administrative tasksto include outlet scheduling merchandising conducting inventory tracking financial performance and the training and development of team members
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services appointment availability and retail offerings in-person email and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
