What will you be doing
Youllhelp usstrategize and producecontentthat illustrates what life is like at BlackRock. The content you create will span multiple formats and channels as you help us shape ourtalentmarketingecosystem.Some of the ways thatyoulldo this are:
Developing a data-driven content strategy that shares employees stories anddoesntshy away from tryingnew ideas formats and platforms
Producingdigital print video photoand/oreditorial contentthat can be distributed across our social channels our careers site (including our blog) job boards internal communications and more
Owningand drivingtheend-to-end process of content creation including ideation scripting casting overseeing production and editing and publishing
Ensuring we havean organizedand compellinggloballibrary ofstatic videoand editorial content with a key focus onourlocationswith the highest hiring volumes
Partnering closely withtheglobalTalent Acquisition(TA)team.TheEmployer Brand teamispart ofourTAteam andourTAcolleaguesarecorepartners in shaping our talent attraction strategy
Collaboratingclosely withourinternalpartners(inCommunications MarketingCorporate AffairsandMultimediateams)andwithvendors andexternalagencies
Who are we looking for
4-7yearsof experience incontent production oradjacentproject management role
A proventrack recordof developingcompellingcontentand a passion for doing so
Experience working for a global company with an understanding of how to tailor content to international markets and build strong working relationships with internal and external partnersaroundthe world
Exceptionalattention to detail; holds internal and external partners to the samehigh standards
Ability to manage multiple projects at once anddrive work forward with urgencyinorder tomeet tight deadlines
Ability to work highly collaboratively and approach challenges with an innovative solution-oriented mindset
Enthusiasm for trying newtypes of content new formatsnew technologies
Expressed interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing and an understanding of the valueand impactofthis function at a company

Our hybrid work model
BlackRocks hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
