Collaborate with Sales Managers to structure deals efficiently
Deliver a smooth professional and pressure-free customer experience
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and repeat business
Accurately process contracts and ensure timely funding
Stay current on Subaru programs lender guidelines and compliance updates

Strong product penetration while maintaining customer trust

Qualifications & Experience
Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience required
Strong knowledge of finance products lender programs and compliance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
Subaru or import-brand experience preferred not required
