Location: United States (Remote West Coast Based with Travel)
CORY is hiring an accomplished Head of Sales who is a hands-on data-driven leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and scaling revenue in complex enterprise environments. Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Lead and mentor senior sales team (U.S. territories).
Execute national go-to-market strategy to hit revenue/growth targets.
Engage in high-value customer negotiations and deal structuring.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Marketing CS RevOps) for pipeline health and customer lifecycle.
Maintain accurate forecasting pipeline management and reporting (CRM/sales intelligence).
Foster a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
Provide internal stakeholders with market/competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
5 years of senior sales leadership experience including managing regional or national sales teams
Proven success selling B2B SaaS and/or connected technology solutions with long sales cycles
Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions complex deal management and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth sales organizations
Ability to attract develop and retain top-performing sales talent
Executive presence with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced evolving business environment
Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support teams customers and key industry events
