Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical teams in the operating room. The O.R. Technician will perform scrub duties and assist with circulating responsibilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while maintaining a safe and sterile environment.

Responsibilities

Perform surgical scrub gowning and gloving
Set up sterile instruments and supplies
Maintain sterile field during procedures
Pass instruments and anticipate surgeon needs
Perform sponge needle and instrument counts
Assist with specimen handling and dressings
Support RN with room setup and patient positioning
Assist with medication preparation under RN supervision
Help with room turnover and equipment organization
Assist with patient transport as needed

Requirements

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Required
Minimum 2 years of experience Required
CVOR experience Required
Strong knowledge of aseptic technique
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Education

High School Diploma or GED
Completion of accredited CST program
