JOB PURPOSE

As our Office Assistant youll be at the heart of that mission. Youll ensure our day-to-day operations are smooth support a best-in-class employee experience and help fuel the growth and momentum of our team. Youll effortlessly juggle multiple tasks with a smile all while supporting the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps DEPT running at full speed.

This role is part of our Holding team based in Copenhagen. Our team is the driving force behind DEPT composed of individuals who thrive on sales business development and fostering new opportunities. As part of our team youll be immersed in a diverse environment collaborating with experts in Sales Operations Finance Hospitality Recruitment People and marketing. Were the backbone of DEPT ensuring seamless operations and empowering Depsters to reach new heights. WHAT YOULL DO:

Serve as the first point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and visitors
Maintain a clean organized and functional office environment.
Manage office supplies snacks equipment and inventory.
Oversee mail and package distribution and incoming deliveries.
Support onboarding and off-boarding logistics
Assist with executing office events meetings and team activities.
Monitor and address workplace health and safety standards.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Proven experience in office coordination facilities or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Working-level fluency in Danish language.
Positive attitude resourceful and proactive problem-solver.
Knowledge of workplace tools and systems (e.g. Google Workspace Slack Envoy or equivalent) is a plus.
