In this role you will utilize your advanced practice skills to diagnose treat and consult with children adolescents and adults in the field of mental health. Youll collaborate with other pharmacologists and a dynamic multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your practice. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Compensation:

• Percentage of net collections; equivalent to $130000$200000/year with anticipated caseload

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Job Type:

• Full-time (2535 clients/week)
• Hybrid schedule (mix of in-person and virtual)
• W2 employee

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations medication management and clinical services to children adolescents and adults in alignment with best practices and state/federal regulations
• Collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team as well as our community partners writing orders as defined by the parameters listed in the Standard Care Arrangement (SCA)
• Complete timely accurate documentation to support quality care billing and compliance requirements
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans including patient education referrals and care coordination
• Participate in call coverage and provide ongoing support to assigned patients
• Engage in continuing education credentialing and quality improvement activities to ensure excellence in care delivery

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• Licensed APRN with PMHNP certification and masters degree from an accredited program
• Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience (outpatient preferred)
• Valid and unrestricted APRN DEA and state licenses; maintains compliance with all prescribing and monitoring regulations and maintains proper levels of liability insurance
• Maintains all required credentials and liability insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable engaging in client development and representing the practice in the community
