We are looking for our Head of Sales to lead the B2B Sourcing team. Your mission is central to Upways growth: building leading and enabling the team that will secure high-quality second-hand e-bikes from professional partners so we can continuously expand and renew the offering available on our platform.
You and your team will work closely with a wide range of retail partners and will ultimately be responsible for buying the best ebikes at the best price.
Your missions will be :
Lead the B2B sourcing team: Build coach and lead a high-performing B2B sourcing team.
Define the B2B sourcing strategy: Develop a comprehensive B2B strategy for the France & Southern Europe markets in terms of bike shops portfolio management partner tiering and allocation field cadence
Own and optimize the team performance : Track and improve key KPIs such as bikes sourced portfolio growth and activity rate.
Deploy New Services : As we develop new opportunities to collaborate with our partners (pickup dropoff maintenance) lead the deployment on the ground and co-design partner communications (newsletters point-of-sale materials etc.).
Improve sales operations: Design and implement scalable sales processes CRM workflows and operational frameworks.
