Food & Beverage Administrator
Fairmont Chateau Whistler are searching for a Food & Beverage Administrator to join the team! This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient department operations strong communication across teams brand and compliance alignment and an elevated guest experience.
This is a full-time permanent position beginning in February 2026.
Salary Range: $54000 - $57500 gross annually dependent on skills and experience
Job Duties Include:
- Manage the daily administrative functions of the Food and Beverage office ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Draft prepare and manage correspondence presentations memos reports and official communications
- Maintain departmental records including contracts permits attendance confidential documents and SOP libraries in a secure and organized manner
- Coordinate and manage the Food and Beverage calendar including meetings walkthroughs training schedules audits and departmental events
- Provide administrative and coordination support to restaurants bars banquets and in-room dining operations as required
- Consolidate and maintain daily weekly and monthly Food and Beverage reports including revenue summaries guest feedback and performance trackers
- Assist with Food and Beverage budget preparation expense tracking purchase requests and follow-up on local purchase orders
- Support scheduling onboarding documentation training records and coordination with Human Resources
- Maintain audit documentation including LQA requirements mystery audit action plans SOP updates and compliance checklists
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage operational experience
- Previous administrative or coordinator experience preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management is an asset
- Strong computer proficiency including Excel and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Delphi Property Manager desktop publishing and design software is an asset
