Associate Marketing (General Medicine)
What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will
- Work with the cross-functional Brand Team and manage the working relationships between all internal partners (sales medical affairs regulatory market access) and external partners to ensure that brand plans and objectives are implemented and achieved
- Work with the brand team to create marketing plans (strategic and tactical)
- Work with brand team to develop PAAB approved promotional field materials
- Be project management lead for the planning and agenda development of Semester meetings
- Be part of cross functional project teams focused on operation of programs initiatives and/or strategies
- Ensure compliance of strategy/initiatives with external and internal regulations (e.g. Data Privacy Compliance)
- Ensure cross-functional consistency with regard to strategy and concepts
- Develop and manage relationships and communications with internal and external customers
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve objectives. These groups include external customers and consumers external vendors / agencies and Field Sales
- Competitive Intelligence Initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
Masters Degree in science and/or business or PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years in a marketing role
- 3 years of pharmaceutical/medical industry experience
- Product Management experience with biologics
- Demonstrated track record on delivering results
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think quickly and solve problems
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success and ability to drive influence across partners to align work efforts and achieve results
- Experience working closely with field sales organizations to ensure field needs are met
- Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors and agency partners
- Capable of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Team work and communication
- Strong leadership and decision-making
- Results orientated
- Regulatory and legal requirements pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing
- Strategic partnering management (internal and external)
- Strong communication and presentation with the ability to clearly concisely and confidently articulate strategies to a diverse audience of peers and external partners
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives

The salary range for this position in Canada is $65605 - $83877 CAD.
