Oracle Fusion Senior Business Analyst Supply & Demand Management
Location: Torrance CA

Oracle Fusion Senior Business Analyst Supply & Demand Management to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. This role will work closely with supply chain planning and IT stakeholders to optimize demand planning supply planning and fulfillment processes. This is a fully onsite role based in Torrance CA.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business analyst for Oracle Fusion Supply & Demand Management modules
Partner with supply chain operations and planning teams to gather and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional designs and system configurations within Oracle Fusion SCM
Support demand planning supply planning forecasting and inventory optimization processes
Lead and support system enhancements implementations and upgrades
Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business objectives
Coordinate testing efforts including unit testing UAT and post-deployment validation
Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and drive resolution
Create and maintain functional documentation and training materials
Collaborate with technical teams vendors and Oracle partners as needed
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Oracle SCM solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply & Demand Management modules
Deep understanding of supply chain planning forecasting and fulfillment processes
Experience translating complex business requirements into functional system solutions
Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fully onsite environment
