Job Summary
Ballad Health Medical Associatesis seeking an experiencedAdvanced Practitionerfor ourSpine and Rehabilitationservice line.
Our expanding practice is looking for anadditionalfull-time Advanced Practitioner toassistour Physicians in our musculoskeletal and spine outpatient practice.This position is open to both NPs andPAs.
*Experience in PM&R and/or pain management is a plus.
Job Duties:
Obtaining history and chief complaint
Perform physical exams.
Order and interpretappropriate labs x-rays or other diagnostic tests.
Formulate diagnosis.
Initiate treatment plans.
Provide patient education.
Practice information:
EPIC EMR
Outpatient practice
Three office locations possibly addinga fourth.
Our team currently consists of three Physicians and four Advanced Practitioners.
Virginia and Tennessee licensure.
Primary location will be Kingsport Tennessee withpossible rotationsin Rogersville Tennessee and Big Stone Gap Virginia.
