Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our go-to-market team. As a Solutions Engineer at Notable youll play a pivotal role in driving new market growth by aligning our groundbreaking healthcare technology solutions with the unique needs of healthcare providers payors and enterprises. Youll help transform complex problems into innovative AI-driven solutions that improve patient care at scale while directly impacting the companys growth and long-term success. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer needs architect and configure high impact solution concepts leveraging Notables platform capabilities deliver compelling product demonstrations and support the acceleration of new business deals in addition to contributing to team-wide success.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales Execution

  • Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects aligning customer workflows and pain points to Notables platform capabilities.

  • Own the delivery of tailored impactful demos that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders showcasing Notables ability to deliver measurable value articulating points of differentiation from the competitive landscape.

  • Project manage technical scoping and work with implementation delivery and integrations teams to determine feasibility and implementation timelines

  • Act as a trusted advisor translating complex business problems into scalable solutions that shape organizational strategies for healthcare providers and payers.

  • Provide sales support by developing creative solution concepts addressing customer challenges and offering clarity on technical feasibility including demonstrating an understanding of their existing enterprise systems

Systems Development & Collaborative Leadership

  • Contribute to building reusable assets playbooks templates and workflows that elevate the teams efficiency and scalability for both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

  • Own the creation and continuous improvement of technical frameworks demo environments presentation decks technical documentation and customer-facing resources that highlight Notables platform.

  • Support junior team members in navigating complex scenarios by offering insights mentorship and direct collaboration.

  • Provide guidance on solution packaging for emerging workflows collaborating with Sales Product Marketing and Engineering.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feature requests deal-blocking gaps and critical business use cases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required

  • At least 3-5 years in Sales Engineering Solutions Engineering or other Technical Pre-Sales role in a SaaS/PaaS environment

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry including experience with key healthcare IT systems such as EHRs (Epic Cerner) Practice Management Systems and healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR)

  • Strong ability to align technical solutions with business priorities

  • Exceptional demo skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful product demonstrations to executive-level audiences

  • Strong ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time including a location in a major domestic airline hub city

  • Bonus points for (1) Experience mentoring or collaborating with other technical professionals (e.g. Sales or Solutions Engineers); (2) A track record of creating or improving scalable tools workflows or templates for technical sales teams to optimize productivity and effectiveness.

We value in-person collaboration and connection. For Bay Areabased employees this role requires being in our San Mateo office at least three days a week. For remote employees occasional travel to headquarters is expected for company-wide events and onsite gatherings.
