Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced and highly motivated. As a Lead System Services Engineer you will take ownership of critical site activities lead multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary technical authority supporting advanced BH control systems and auxiliary subsea oil and gas controls related technologies. You will ensure safe efficient and highquality service delivery to customers worldwide

As a Lead System Services Engineer you be responsible for:

Lead Field Operations

• Support direct installation commissioning and maintenance of BH control systems providing expert guidance to engineering teams contractors and customers.
• Lead system startup calibration sequencing and highlevel troubleshooting for BH control systems and auxiliary subsea oil and gas controls related technologies
• Supervise and support complex diagnostics including tuning inspections component replacements and system operation verification.

Ensure Technical Excellence

• Oversee the execution of maintenance modifications upgrades testing and repairs on softwarebased control systems instrumentation hydro-mechanical and auxiliary subsea oil and gas controls subsystems.
• Create review and approve technical documentation including Engineering Estimates specifications test procedures service reports method statements and health assessments.
• Ensure all work meets Baker Hughes technical and quality standards.

Drive Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the senior technical authority providing guidance addressing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Interface across operations engineering and customer leadership to ensure alignment with expectations and contractual requirements.
• Support technical reviews site meetings and reliability improvement initiatives.

Mentor & Develop Teams

• Coach and guide junior engineers Field Service Engineers supporting technical competency growth and promoting best practices.
• Foster strong team performance and ensure efficient safe execution of services activities.

Maintain Safety & Compliance

• Lead engineering scopes with strict adherence to HSE standards risk assessments and safesystemofwork processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelors degree in systems Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics Control Systems or Computer Engineering.
• Extensive experience supporting industrial control systems and auxiliary subsea oil and gas controls related technologies.

• Advanced troubleshooting of control systems
• Strong understanding of control systems and auxiliary subsea oil and gas controls related technologies
• Ability to read interpret create review approve engineering drawings specifications test procedures and technical reports.

• Willingness to travel including international or offshore assignments.
• Excellent communication leadership and customerfacing skills.
• Strong commitment to operational safety and service excellence.
