In this role you will support the preparation and service of food and drinks maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene and ensure every customer receives a warm welcome. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fastpaced environment and takes pride in their work.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 1:30pm) / 30 hours per week
Essential Criteria
- Relevant Food Hygiene qualification (or willingness to work towards this)
- Recent experience in a similar catering or customerfacing role
- Experience of food preparation cooking and service
- Friendly professional manner with excellent timekeeping
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team with good communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food snacks drinks and baked items within the Colleges catering facilities
- Maintain a clean tidy and hygienic kitchen and eating area at all times
- Provide prompt efficient and friendly service exceeding customer expectations
- Be visible approachable and knowledgeable about the food items available throughout service periods
- Work collaboratively as a positive member of the catering team supporting wider Estates and Facilities where needed
- Report customer requests and complaints promptly to the Catering Manager
- Undertake mandatory and rolespecific training contributing to continuous improvement and service quality

The LETs Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team capturing their experimentation in a journal.
