Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a/an Program Manager - Data center located in FontanaCA.

Reporting to the Program Manager the Program manager Data center will be responsible for championing a project from initiation through completion. This role ensures the project aligns with strategic business objectives secures necessary resources and provides high-level guidance and support to the project team. The program manager acts as the primary advocate for the project facilitating decision-making and resolving escalated issues to ensure successful delivery.

What a typical day looks like:

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure the project supports organizational goals and delivers expected business value.
• Governance & Oversight: Provide direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle including initiation planning execution and closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between the project team and executive stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Resource Authorization: Secure funding personnel and other resources necessary for project success.
• Risk Management: Support the identification and mitigation of high-level risks and issues.
• Decision Making: Make timely decisions on escalated matters and remove barriers to progress.
• Performance Monitoring: Review project status reports KPIs and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives related to the project and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

The experience were looking to add to our team

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field (Masters preferred).
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years experience in program administration/ management or related area. 5 years of experience leading teams.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in executive leadership program management or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight.
• Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Availability to travel 10%
