In this role you will be working as an Architectural Designer supporting major healthcare facility projects. This position is responsible for producing Revitbased drawings models and coordination documents for an active multiyear project on the west coast. You will play a key part in helping deliver project deliverables within structured deadlines while collaborating with a remote multidisciplinary design team. This role may involve travel to project sites in the California Bay Area region.
This is an immediate and longterm need for our client and is available on a contracttohire basis. This is a fulltime role with overtime available. Work is hybrid with inoffice days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Pay: $35 - $50 / hr depending on experience and qualifications
Qualifications:
- Architectural Degree ambition for licensure
- 3-10 years of architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical related projects ideally with Revit
- Ability to work independently within a hybrid environment
- Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers consultants and remote teams
Bonus
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for team meetings or site visits (San Francisco / Sacramento)
- Optional willingness and availability to work occasional overtime as needed
